These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the LoanQuantum website at https://www.loanquantum.com, the LoanQuantum mobile apps, and related services (together, the "Services"), operated by Masterly Solutions Private Limited ("LoanQuantum", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. What LoanQuantum Is
LoanQuantum provides loan calculators, planning tools and educational content. LoanQuantum is not a lender, does not issue loans, does not broker credit decisions and does not charge fees to users for loan calculations. All results are estimates for informational purposes only. See our Disclaimer.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users' data;
- interfere with or disrupt the Services, including through automated scraping or excessive requests;
- copy, resell or republish our calculators or content without our written permission;
- click on ads or partner links fraudulently or encourage others to do so.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
Some features may be offered through paid subscriptions in our mobile apps. Purchases are processed by the app store you use (Google Play, Apple App Store or Samsung Galaxy Store) and are subject to that store's terms, including its billing, renewal, cancellation and refund policies.
5. Advertising and Third-Party Links
The Services contain advertising and links to third-party products and websites, some of which may pay us compensation. We do not control and are not responsible for third parties. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party. See our Advertiser Disclosure.
6. AI Features
Quantum Copilot uses artificial intelligence to generate answers. Answers may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied on as professional advice.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, design, text and graphics, are owned by Masterly Solutions Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoanQuantum and Masterly Solutions Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on calculator results or content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Changes
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. When we change these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction.
